Hey guys! Sorry I was a bit of a slacker yesterday with my posting! I had my last final this morning at 8 AM and I made sure to stay far far away from facebook and blogging.
Last night I prepared some overnight oats because I knew I would be tight on time in the AM. I didn’t photograph it because I barely had time to eat it! I wasn’t even really that hungry this morning, but because I preach how important breakfast is on a daily basis, especially on a test day…I ate it anyways! Plus..who passes up already made oatmeal??
Test = Success!! It feels so good to be done!
After my exam I hopped over to the gym for a quick workout: 20 minutes of interval cardio and 40 minutes of lower body strength training. When I got home I made a van-blueberry protein snack. Hit the spot.
Van-Blueberry Protein Fro-Yo
-1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
-1/2 C frozen blueberries
-1/4 C nonfat vanilla yogurt
-1-2 T water or milk
*Directions: Mix all ingredients in a small food processor and process for about 2-3 minutes. Your fo-yo should become fluffy!
