I am just popping in for an extremely brief post. This girl is still sick Thankfully it’s not the stomach flu or strep, but I do have a case of the “willy dillies” as I used to call it when I was a kid. Fever. Chills. Headache. and worst of all- No appetite :/
So, I’ve been gulping down lots of fluids: water and tea [no coffee] and eating lots of bland foods: oats minus the nanner, plain brown rice, and sweet potatoes. Honestly, the thought of raisins makes me want to …….. <----insert word here. I think it’s foods with high acidity that make me queazy. AKA no yogurt or fresh fruit.
