Today, she was the master creator of our snacks. I never woulda thunk her palate was so developed! I always thought my kids were picky eaters. *wrong* When I suggest sliced cucumbers, she knew right away what to add to give them a little kick. “a little bit-a dill and a little bit-a kosher salt.”
She also helped me with my photo session.
Here’s what I had along side our snacks: A Beanie Balsamic Salad.
In the mix: a big bed of organic greens, plum tomatoes, black beans, edamame, and balsamic vinegar.
Sorry for the quick post, but I am wanted for Spa Day. Time for me to have my “toes did” by nail specialists Maddie and Maddix. I am demanding a foot massage. mwahahaha!
Happy Hump Day
Ps- Look who I caught in action stealing some cookies from the cookie jar…
I can’t resist that smile.
PPS- you would have died if you would have witnessed a conversation between M and C about “watertowns” aka water towers. -”You mean, that thing is filled with water? I’m always afraid that thing is going to tip over. Can people go in that thing? I’m just imagining guys in wetsuits swimming around in that thing.”
Were you a picky eater as kid?
I was a good eater I ate just about everything put on my plate!
What is one food you hated as a kid but love to eat now?
WATERMELON! I was a little creeped out by the texture and always refused to eat it. Now- It’s irresistible!
