Tommy’s menu is fully equipped with vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, and gluten-free options. No worries, they serve meat too! Part of their mission is to serve high-quality, nutritious foods. Me like.
I may or may not have eaten two pounds of food in one sitting. So worth it. Their black bean chili was to. die. for.
After enjoying our lunch, we ventured on to Coventry. This area reminds me a lot of Uptown in Minneapolis. I would describe it as “up and coming.” It could use a few more botiques- but it’s getting there!
I love seeing people exercising! (Creepy much? Nah…inspirational!) The weather was in the mid-upper 60′s, perfect for dog walking and jogging. After a brief pit-stop we were off to Downtown for the Indians Game.
“Blinded by the light”- I am surprised I can still see. We were sitting directly in the rays of the sun. I’m not complaining because it warmed me up on this chilly night!
For dinner- we had to search high and low for “real food.” Concession food is definitely not my favorite, but I ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich. A while later, we found a stand selling fresh fruit and vegetables *gasp* so the Sister and I shared one of each. Throughout the game, we snacked on salted peanuts!
