The nice thing about this workout is that it is short and intense. I want to say it took us about 7 minutes to complete. I also like the fact that you can mix up your routine.
On to our post workout snack…because no workout is complete unless it’s followed by a snack…What do you do when you make too much pancake batter and you don’t want it to go to waste?? Pour the rest in a Mason Jar and bake at 350 for ~25 minutes. Genius. Pure Genius.This really is the most perfect snack I have ever had.

The texture of this guy was very similar to that of a muffin. Cakey and delightful.
