SECOND, I have a great at-home circuit workout to share with you! Yesterday the weather was nasty so Carly and I decided to create an easy circuit workout that can pretty much be done anywhere. For all you you college/high school kids out there going on spring break, this is perfect for you!
We did each exercise for 1 minute straight and rested 20 seconds in between exercises. We completed the circuit three times. It took us a little over 30 minutes to complete.
