We grilled some steaks seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil along with some shrimpies in a little bit of butter, lemon, salt, and pepper.
I also sauteed some veggies to go along with our feast of meat. In the mix was sweet potato, red potato, onion, mushrooms, and chickpeas. I seasoned it with olive oil, sat, lemon pepper, and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
It seriously felt like Summer out. The sun was warm and it was in the upper 70′s. Mind you I live in Minnesota where the average high in March is like 50.
