Happy Fashion Friday! I thought I would devote today’s post to my favorite vacation outfits that I wore in Mexico. I got a lot of questions asking where things were from, so without further ado…
I wore this outfit to our first “nice dinner” at the Spanish themed restaurant. I was excited to wear my first ever maxi skirt, until I realized it was pretty much see-through! I had plans to wear it with a sheer grey tank and brown sandals, however you could completely see the tucked in part, which is why I went for the cropped. You could still kinda-sorta see my legs through the skirt when the lighting was just right *eek*. Luckily no one really cares in Mexico after the sun goes down.
Salmon Maxi Skirt: Aerie on-sale for $20.00
Crop Top: Forever 21 for $14.99 (last year)
Gladiator Sandals: Target for $19.99
Date Night Pastels
This is one of my favorite date night dresses. I love that it is tight at the top and flowy at the bottom. Perfect for a full belly! I wore this outfit on our last night when we went to a seafood themed dinner.
Dress: Nordstrom sale rack for $24.99 (2 years ago?)
Scarf: Forever 21 for $5.99
Brown Sandals: Steve Madden via DSW for $49.99 (definite splurge)
Comfy, but Cute
I wore this outfit when we went to Playa del Carmen for the evening. I’m a shorts kind of girl, but I like to dress them up with a cute, fun tank!
Sunglasses: Target for $19.99
Sequenced Tank: J-Crew sale rack for $14.99 (WHAT A BARGAIN!)
Mint Green Shorts: American Eagle via Carly’s closet 🙂
Sandals: Steve Madden via DSW for $49.99
Hopefully I mentioned all of the items you asked about. And now, solely because I haven’t posted my breakfast in a while, here is the massive bowl of oats, peebs, nanner, and raisins I had on the morning of my birthday.
There really isn’t anything like melted, drizzled peebs, is there?
Are you a shorts kind of person?
