7 homemade nut butter recipes

So I made this image, and I can’t figure out how to make it bigger in Blogger’s interface. RAHHHHH!

Secret: I am working with a designer to move FFF to a Wordpress template that is self hosted. You, rah, rah…only a few more weeks! I am petrified to do the merge on my own and this is something that is worth spending the money on rather than accidentally deleting FFF (I’ve already almost done that).

The first recipe in this round-up is brand spankin’ new! It’s my newest blog post on Anytime Health. Yes, the title is true…I used 1 ingredient…Honey Roasted Peanuts! All you need is a small food processor and honey roasted peanuts and you are on your way to drippy, delicious homemade peanut butter!

Click HERE for that recipe. If you scroll down, there are links to the rest of the recipes and more photos that are actually full size :)

Oh man! I freaking LOVE homemade nut butters. The only problem I have is that they tend to lose their consistency when I put them in the fridge to keep fresh. Do you ever have that problem? Is that a weird problem? 😉

My favourite [althogh we’re still experimenting] is Macadamia and Maple Syrup but it’s hard to stop it from separating. Could do with a tip to stabilize it rather than just having to flip the jar the other way around regularly.

I have made my second batch of your carob cashew butter, and it is my new favorite! I am a nut butter freak, and I purchase different nuts from my cooperative to experiment with. I’ve made pistachio butter, pumpkin seed butter, and my other favorite, pecan butter! All these nuts are roasted in the oven first. I am contemplating roasted walnut butter next. Since you are so creative, I bet you could figure out a neat combination. Keep up the good work!

As you progress with your training the adjustable dumbbell sets will
give you more flexibility because you can keep adding weight as you need it.

Some people utilize an exercise ball in place of a weight bench since a lot of the
same exercises can be done using either. Dumbbells are an irreplaceable asset
to any home gym, but a set of adjustable dumbbells will save you a ton of space and money over buying
15 different sets of incrementally weighted dumbbells.
