You see those crispy edges on that blueberry cobbler? Yup, that’s all thanks to a layer of butter on the bottom that will get your cobbler nice and crispy on the outside.
We’ve been loving all things blueberries over here at Fit Foodie Finds. Our blueberry banana bread is a fun twist on manner bread and our blueberry overnight oats are a crowd favorite (they taste like dessert!).

Hi Mona — all the nutrition info is in the recipe card at the bottom! Hope this helps 🙂
Have you tried this recipe with an egg substitute? I would love to make this cobbler but I don’t eat eggs or honey (which can probably be easily substituted for something else). I might try a vegan crumble recipe but I would love to know if I can still use coconut flour!
This is such a great naturally gluten free dessert!! 🙂
I’m thinking you and Linley should bring this over for Roy to enjoy this week. 😉
With some ice cream?!
Looks amazing! Can’t wait to try! I don’t have coconut flour. May I use just almond flour or is there a substitute for the coconut flour? Thank you!!
