With just 5 simple ingredients you can whip up the most delicious and healthy peanut butter chocolate chip yogurt dip in less than 10 minutes. Use it to dip sliced fruit in or spread it on some celery to make ants on a log!
That’s really the only proper way to describe this dip.
Siggi’s vanilla yogurt + peanut flour + a touch of honey + chocolate chips + <—these are a few of my favorite thingssssss (Sound of Music reference, in case you were wondering :D).
The star of today’s recipe is Siggi’s Vanilla Non-Fat Yogurt. It really is an all-star. Want to know why?!

- Only 9g of sugar
- Lower in calories compared to other yogurts
- Not a lot of ingredients
Did I mention that it is as smooth as can be AND…you can even see the vanilla bean specs in it. That’s my kind of yogurt!
I decided to use peanut flour for this recipe to keep the fat content down, boost the protein, and still get that peanut buttery taste! You’re more than welcome to sub actual peanut butter and if you do, I suggest all natural with no added sugar!
This dip is delicious on it’s own eaten with a spoon or with sliced fruit.
You can even get a little crazy and make a classic- ants on a log.
- Place yogurt, peanut flour, and honey in a medium size bowl. Mix until everything is combined. Then, add in chocolate chips and stir.
