Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cartoned coconut milk
  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder (any kind will work)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!

Notes

-in order to keep this recipe vegan, use a plant-based protein powder.
