This peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie is a tasty and healthy twist on your favorite childhood classic. Plus it is the perfect post-workout snack packed with protein and deliciousness!
I’m so excited to finally post this twist on one of my favorite childhood meals! I partnered with Designer Whey and Fitfluential using DW’s new line of Sustained Energy to make this recipe a reality. This protein uses an endurance blend of protein powders (whey, soy, and casein) and contains only 100 calories per scoop. If you’ve never tried peanut butter in your smoothie, I HIGHLY suggest it. It’s one of my favorite things to add to my smoothie (the peanut butter cup smoothie is one of my favorites :p).
