4 oz Chicken Breast Recipe

Chicken breasts are my go-to protein when it comes to meat. I love that chicken breasts are lower in calories and high in protein, the perfect thing after a tough workout!

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 4 oz chicken breast
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. When olive oil is fragrant, add chicken breast to skillet and cover. Cook for -3-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
  4. Check the internal temperature of the chicken breast is 165ºF. Enjoy!
