SEASON & SEAR BEEF

Combine beef dry rub and then season beef. Sear beef on both sides using the Instant Pot's sauté feature.

COOK MUSHROOMS

Deglaze Instant Pot and then sauté mushrooms in olive oil for 4-5 minutes.

CREATE SAUCE BASE & PRESSURE COOK

Add sauce ingredients and scrape the bottom. Then add beef and cook on high pressure for 75 minutes.

COOK NOODLES

Quick release and remove beef. Add mushrooms and egg noodles. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Then, shred beef.

ADD GREEK & MIX

Quick release, add Greek yogurt, shredded beef, and mix to combine.

Enjoy a warm bowl of Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff topped with fresh parsley.
