Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
This oatmeal peanut butter cookie recipe is chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They are made without flour, only oatmeal!

These oatmeal cookies call for 8 simple ingredients: oatmeal, butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, vanilla, maple syrup, and baking powder.
What You Need
Combine melted butter and brown sugar until there are no lumps. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix.
Combine Butter + Brown Sugar
Add rolled oats, baking powder, and salt, and mix to form your dough. It should be a bit sticky. Then, place the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
Add Dry
Add optional chocolate chips and then scoop 2 tablespoons of dough into your palms. Roll into a ball and slightly flatten. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350ºF for 12 minutes.
