what you need:

White whole wheat flour Eggs Blueberries Honey Banana Almond milk

Mix Dry

Place all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Mix to combine.

Mix Wet

Whisk 2 eggs in a large bowl. Then, add all of the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Mix Wet & Dry

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix. Then, add in the melted coconut oil and mix again.

Transfer & Bake

Transfer muffin batter into a greased muffin pan, filling each muffin 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350ºF for 23-25 minutes.

Serve

Let your blueberry muffins cool for at least 10 minutes before removing. Serve immediately!
