Filling

Add sliced peaches to a large bowl. Then, toss them with white whole wheat flour, ground ginger, and cinnamon.
Make Crumble
Combine rolled oats, white whole wheat flour, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and butter. Mix until the crumble has formed.

Transfer Peaches
Transfer the peaches to a square baking dish. You can also use a circular dish.

Bake
Top peaches with the crumble topping, spreading it out evenly. Bake at 400ºF for 40-50 minutes or until the topping begins to brown.

Let the peach crisp cool for 5 minutes and then serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
