Tofu
Olive oil
Taco seasoning
Tomato paste
Walnuts
Maple syrup
Radishes
Banana pepper
Apple cider vinegar

Remove the tofu from the package and drain excess liquid from the tofu by patting it dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
Slaw

Add red onion, banana peppers, radishes, lime juice, apple cider vinegar and salt into a bowl and toss. Place the slaw in the refrigerator for later.
Seasoned Tofu
Add the pressed tofu into an oiled pan, topping with the taco seasoning. Lastly, whisk together the tomato paste, water and maple syrup and pour over tofu.

Assemble & Serve
Once tofu is browned, add in the walnuts and toast both tofu and walnuts under the broiler. Then, assemble the tacos. Top with the slaw, cotija and lime juice. Enjoy!
