Season
First, drizzle shrimp with oil and sprinkle with sugar and fresh garlic. Toss all the ingredients together so the shrimp is coated.

Fry
Next, place the shrimp in a large cold skillet. Place the skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high heat. Cook the shrimp for 4 minutes.

Toast Spices
Next, remove the shrimp from the skillet & add the granulated garlic, ginger, and kosher salt to the same skillet. Toast the spices until fragrant.

Toss
Remove the skillet from the heat & place the shrimp back into the skillet. Toss the shrimp with the toasted spices. Add the chili sauce & soy sauce to the shrimp & toss.

Serve
Garnish the shrimp with sesame seeds, green onion, and cilantro. We prefer serving over coconut rice. Enjoy!
