medium shells dried pasta
yellow onion, minced
salt, separated
garlic cloves, minced
ground turkey

tomato sauce
tomato paste
anchovy paste
heavy cream

Sauté
First, sauté ground turkey, diced onion, minced garlic and Italian seasoning in a skillet.

Sauce
Add the tomato sauce and the starchy pasta water to the pan and stir to combine. Next, add the tomato paste & anchovy paste to the pan & whisk into the sauce.

Combine
While the sauce is still on a low simmer, add in the heavy cream, while stirring in the tomato sauce until combined. Finally, add the noodles.

Serve
Garnish with parmesan and parsley and enjoy!
