This is a no-fuss pizza crust that's great for beginners. Not to mention it makes two crusts!

what you need:

warm water ~110ºF dry active yeast  granulated sugar all purpose flour salt olive oil

Dough

First, mix the yeast, sugar, flour, warm water and salt with a wooden spoon.

Knead

Next, knead the dough on a floured surface until the dough is nice and elastic.

Rise

Place the dough into a well oiled bowl and let the dough rise for an hour. Then, separate the dough into two halves.

Roll

Roll one of the halves out with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Then, place on an oiled baking sheet. Cover and let rise for an additional hour.

Toppings

Once the dough has risen, press down in the center to create a crust on the outer edge. Then, top with your desired toppings. Lastly, bake until crust is baked through.
