Tenderize
First, tenderize your flank steak, pounding until it's thin and even. Then, season with coarse salt. Cut into thin strip slices.

Chop
Next, chop peppers into thin slices. Then, chop the red onion and garlic into thin slices.

Sauté
Next, add your steak strips to a well oiled pan. Cook until there is a bit of pink on the steak. Remove from pan. Then, sauté your onion, bell pepper and garlic.

Serve
Add the steak back into the pan and cook until desired doneness. Lastly, add the steak and veggie fajitas to tortillas and garnish! Enjoy.
