what you need:

Apples
First, add apple slices into a large bowl. Add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp of cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt over the apples & toss.

Walnut Mixture
Place the walnuts, flour, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon salt into a food processor and pulse.

Fold

Roll out the pie crust, layering the walnut mixture on top and then the sliced apples. Fold the pie crust over.
Bake
Brush browned butter over the pie crust. Place the galette into the oven at 375ºF and bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
