Skirt Steak Marinade

skirt steak kosher salt black peppercorns garlic coriander light brown sugar Worcestershire sauce fresh lime juice olive oil

Season

Pound skirt steak to about ½ -1 inch thickness. Season the meat with salt and massage it in with your hands. Transfer the steak to a plastic bag or a baking dish.

Whisk

Grind peppercorns into small pieces & add to a bowl. Add garlic, coriander, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and olive oil. Whisk all these ingredients together.

Pour

Pour the mixture over the beef and massage the marinade into the beef. Let the beef sit in the marinade overnight.

Serve
