raw large shrimp
kosher salt
ground black pepper
paprika
fresh lemon juice
panko crumbs
parmesan cheese

Toss
Transfer rinsed shrimp to a bowl. Add 1 tsp. of kosher salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice and toss until coated. Set aside for 15 min. Prepare panko mix.

Dredge
Crack eggs into a separate bowl and whisk. Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Dip shrimp into egg, sprinkle with panko and dredge in egg wash again. Repeat with all shrimp.

Air Fry
Drizzle olive oil in bottom of air fryer. Transfer shrimp to the air fryer. Air fry for 2 minutes, flip the shrimp and fry for another 2 minutes.

Serve
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and repeat until they are golden brown and cooked. Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon, marinara sauce, or on top of a salad.
