Air Fryer Fish

what you need:

fresh or frozen cod  eggs plain bread crumbs all-purpose flour old bay seasoning kosher salt olive oil

Prepare

Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF, Blot the cod with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut fish into 4 strips or pieces that will fit in your air fryer. Set aside.

Dredge

Whisk eggs together. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, old bay seasoning, and salt. Dredge fish in eggs and then the breadcrumb mixture.

Dredge

Dredge fish through the egg and breadcrumb mixture a second time. Coat air fryer basket with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and then add fish filets. Drizzle olive oil over the fish.

Serve

Cook fish for 8 min. and then gently flip the fish. Cook for an additional 4 minutes or until the fish is golden brown. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy.
