Marinate
Transfer the chicken breasts to a large gallon-size bag. Prepare marinade and pour half over the chicken. Set the rest aside for later. Refrigerate for 30 min.

Preheat
Remove chicken from the fridge and let rest for 10-15 min. Preheat grill to 450ºF. Season the pineapple with chili powder and salt. Transfer chicken to grill.

Grill
Grill over direct heat and grill for 8 minutes per side. Grill pineapple for 2-3 min. per side over direct heat. Remove from the grill. Bring remaining marinade to a simmer.

Serve
Remove chicken from the grill when the internal temp. reaches 165ºF. Serve the pineapple over the chicken with remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
