1 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped (not packed)
1/4 cup green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 cayenne pepper
