So Many Smoothie Options
Smoothies make the world go round! Smoothies used to be a sugar-packed breakfast made with fake fruit juices and ice. I would say that smoothies have definitely made a comeback- a HEALTHY comeback!
Smoothies are an easy way to pack a whole bunch of nutrients into one glass! We have a plethora of smoothie recipes on FFF. Here are some of our most popular smoothie recipes right now;
One thing we love to do is mix things up and instead of drinking a smoothie out of a cup, we like to make a smoothie more of a meal by making a smoothie bowl. It’s a great way to add extra toppings to a smoothie and make it a complete meal!
These apple pie smoothie bowls are packed with fruits and vegetables and a great fall breakfast option!
Apples Apples APPLES
So these smoothie bowls. They’re legit times 52. I’ve got a major thing for Apple Pie and Apple Crisp. Like, such a thing that I make it all year-round. It’s like pumpkin, it’s dubbed a fall thing and that’s just NOT OKAY. Feel free to eat this apple pie smoothie bowl throughout the year!
These smoothie bowls are made with all the classic flavors.
Applesauce-Â We love using applesauce in smoothie recipes rather than apples because the smoothie turns out so smooth rather than grainy. Fresh apples are delicious but give smoothies a grainy taste.
Try making our Instant Pot Apple Sauce or just buy your favorite no sugar added store-bought apple sauce!
Oats-Â The oats in the apple pie smoothie bowl add a hint of creaminess and earthiness. It helps to make sure that your smoothie bowl isn’t too sweet. The oats also offer a boost of antioxidants and fiber!
Cinnamon-Â Not only does cinnamon taste delicious, but it also has antioxidant properties and is said to be a great anti-inflammatory aid.
GREENS-Â The greens in this smoothie bowl are optional, but HIGHLY recommended! Honestly, you can’t even taste them. The benefits definitely out way not adding them in. You get a full serving of greens that will keep you fueled for wherever the day takes you!
Smoothie Bowl Toppings
What is a smoothie bowl without your favorite toppings? We love adding extra nutrients and crunch to our smoothie bowls. Here are our favorite topping options:

😛 Hey let’s not discriminate against Fruity Pebbles. But yes, much healthier!
This looks so delicious! almost better than real apple pie because it is way easier to make and healthier. Now I can justify eating dessert for breakfast, because it’s not dessert if it’s good for me, right?
Thanks for sharing the recipe!
