  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1/21 cup milk, any kind (we used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Start with 1/2 cup of milk and go up from there.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk as needed to get your desired consistency.
  3. Serve immediately. 

Tips & Notes

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
