Crock-Pot Fajita Tacos

These slow cooker fajita tacos are simple to make and packed with flavor. Remember, you can never have too many veggies, so pack em’ on and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey (I used beef)
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 serrano pepper, finely diced
  • 1T chili powder
  • 1t cumin
  • 1/2t paprika
  • 1/2t onion powder
  • 1/2t garlic powder
  • 1/4t salt
  • 1/4t pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and turn to high. With a wooden spoon, break up the ground beef and mix with spices. Let cook for about 2 hours, stirring every half hour.
