You guys know I’m a total sweet girl when it comes to snacking, but I’ve got two ladies on my team that are SAVORY BABES ALL THE WAY. We usually create a happy medium, but doing a little bit of both, but lately, it seems like all of our snacking has been team savory. I’m sort of okay with this because it’s gotten me to eat a lot more veggies throughout the day, and this is for sure something that I continue to struggle with even as a healthy food blogger.
This Golden Roasted Cauliflower recipe is perfectly cooked and flavored and if you ask me, just right for a delicious afternoon snack. Not only do I like this recipe because it’s a veggie, but also becuase the main spice is turmeric, which is a spice god. Spice. God. As someone who suffers from depression, anxiety, and my current injury of neck and back problems, turmeric is such an amazing anti-inflammatory spice that helps with all of these issues. Let’s talk turmeric for a second.

Terrific!!!!!
I think my kids will gonna love this tasty treat of cauliflower 🙂
Hello
This recipe caught my eye. I have tried to make a dry curry with cauliflower but never tried a turmeric dip. I am going to try this one out. Thanks for sharing the post.
Mmmm, looks so darn good. I love roasted cauliflower!
The idea is really interesting, I’ve never tried to put the whole cauliflower into the oven like that xD But this looks absolutely delish!!
However, with this recipe I prefer cutting in into appropriate pieces so I can wash it clearly and mix the spices better.
a very tasty treatment of cauliflower, I should know since I eat a lot of it raw and I think everyone would agree about as bland as food gets, so thank you for this recipe!
Question: If I wanted to prep these the night before, would you bake them twice or only bake once, stuff, and then bake the next day? Thanks!
Wait, wrong recipe! Nevermind :’)
Sweet or savory? Depends for me! I am ALWAYYYYYYYS in the mood for dark chocolate, peanut butter, fruit, and any sweet granola bar, but I also adore a good bowl of fresh hummus, guacamole, and roasted vegetables. Okay, and sometimes a few tortilla chips and peanut butter-filled pretzels because you gotta treat yourself, ya know? 😉
Anyways, I think this golden roasted cauliflower probably has to be the BEST veggie-based snack I have seen! I would honestly just eat two or three servings of this cauliflower as a main meal with a side of plant-based protein such as tofu or tempeh too! It works either way, which is amazing!
