The final post of the Healthified Thanksgiving Menu Series on Anytime Health is finally up. It’s fully equipped with serving size recommendations and calorie counts. Here are all of the gorgeous recipes we created for this series. My favorite was hands down the quinoa stuffing. Oh my oh my.
A little bit of background on how we put this together.
For this particular series on Anytime Health, it was joint effort between Amanda, Carly, and I. Amanda is the Anytime Health Blog Content Manager and Designer. She’s also a goddess behind the camera. Carly is a nutrition-nut, talented baker, and witty writer. I am a recipe developer and photographer. Us three together = all the parts to the puzzle.
Carly was actually the recipe seeker. She pulled together the recipes and we modified from there. We prepped, baked/cooked, and photographed all in a long afternoon. Carly did most of the baking, I did some of the cooking and photography, and Amanda helped with the photography design.
We all did some taste testing, which was the best part.
