Healthy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar and cover.
  2. Shake mason jar until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Serve over your favorite salad or use as a marinade.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for 2-5 days in an airtight container.
