You don’t need to pay a premium for infused vodka at the liquor store when all you need to do is infuse it with seasonal fruit pits! Cue a peach season favorite for us: peach infused vodka!

Anyone else out there absolutely LOVE peach season?! It’s that time in late summer (at least here in MN!) when we’re adding peaches to the cart every time we’re at the grocery store or farmers market (or when we’re lucky, from Lee’s Aunt’s peach farm!). And then came this peach infused vodka! You guys, it’s genius. And absolutely could not be easier. All you have to do is throw peach pits into your favorite jar, pour on the vodka, let it sit, and then voila! You have your very own tasty flavored vodka ready to make a large batch of cocktails or give as a gift.

  • Tonic
  • Soda, seltzer (or La Croix!)
  • Rose or white wine to make a sangria
  • Lemonade
  • Orange juice
  • Cranberry juice

Peach Infused Vodka

Ingredients

  • 15 peach pits
  • 4 cups of vodka

Instructions

Remove peach pits from peaches and place into a large sealable jar. Pour vodka over peach pits and let sit for 1 month. Gently shake once a week. When ready to drink, sieve the pulp, and enjoy!
