Lemon Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15-oz cans garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For the basil topping
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Then, mix until smooth. Set aside. Next place olive oil and fresh basil in a food processor or magic bullet and mix until the basil is finely chopped. Place hummus into a medium-size bowl, and pour on basil topping.
