Coffee + Salted Caramel
This is definitely a Friday-worthy recipe. Coffee + salted caramel. YES PA.LEASE.
I have been without a blender or food processor for a couple of weeks now (they both broke within the same week :/) and I finally got myself one that does both. Ohhhhh goodness have I been without smoothies for too long!
This delicious smoothie is made with Lexi’s Clean Kitchen’s paleo-friendly homemade caramel. I could have drank that stuff straight from the stovetop :) It’s extremely easy to make and you only need a few simple ingredients.
Coffee and Breakfast in One
Inside the rest of the frappe are all my favorite things…
- frozen banana
- Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk
- vanilla extract (or vanilla bean if you’re going big!)
The thing I love about this frappe is that it’s your breakfast and coffee in one! Cuz who doesn’t love killing two birds with one stone :D

But really, this frappe rocks my world and was a nice entry back into smoothie making.
Paleo Salted Caramel Frappe
- Prep Time: 5 mins
- Total Time: 5 mins
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup coffee, brewed
- 1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons salted caramel
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
