Peanut Butter Cup Banana Soft Serve

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then, slice 4 bananas and place banana slices on cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 4 hours or over night.
  2. Once banana slices are completely frozen, take them out of the freezer and let them thaw for about 5 minutes. Then, place in a high-speed food processor. Mix on high for about 2-3 minutes or until bananas are whipped. You may need to stop and scrape the sides a few times!
  3. Once the bananas are fluffy, add in 4 chopped protein peanut butter cups and pulse a few times.
  4. Option to serve right away or place in a cake pan and freeze for about 2 hours before serving.
