The Best Pumpkin Smoothie

A delicious pumpkin smoothie made with your morning coffee so you don’t have to choose between the two!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup coffee, cold (I just used leftover from the morning’s pot!)
  • 3/4 cup milk, any kind
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for around 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
  3. Serve immediately with your favorite whipped topping.
