This is one of my favorite quinoa salads, which I haven’t actually made since the last (and first) time I made it…April 8, 2011. Holy Zambonie that seems like forever ago. Look at that harsh lighting in the photos….so glad my photography has gotten better :)
I am really excited for this week. There are a few things that have been pending and I have been waiting to tell you. Hopefully I’ll have it locked in and be able to share the news with you! I can give you a hint: one is a certification of some sorts (NOT CPT) and the other has to do with design.
I am not excited that we are suppose to get 6-10 inches of snow today and tomorrow. UGHHHH I hate snow. I hate it. Ever since my crash, I have been really apprehensive to drive in bad weather. I know I just need to suck it up, but I get really anxious. Apparently we are suppose to get 2 waves of snow, last night and tonight. GREATTTTT. I’d rather get a huge amount at once than have to deal with it two days in a row.
Alright enough complaining. There’s always a bright side…IT’S ALMOST DAY LIGHT SAVINGS! Yayyyy, that means longer days, well kinda. In general I am loving the extra sunlight. For a while there I would leave when it was dark and come home when it was dark. When’s a girl suppose to take photos?
