Because I pretty much eat some sort of salad every day, I have become aware of what it needs to include in order to hold me over. Here’s what I came up with: 2 proteins and a healthy fat. (and obviously lots of veggies!)
Proteins Fav: chicken breast, beans (black or garbanzo), cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs
Healthy Fat Favs: olive oil, sunflower seeds, avocado
veggies: spinach, tomatoes, cucumber
protein: chicken breast & cottage cheese
fat: balsamic vinaigrette (olive oil)
extras: feta cheese
Anyways- about last night. Jason Mraz made my heart melt. If you think he is good on the radio, just wait until you hear him live. Here’s my new J. Mraz fav. It’s called Beautiful Mess.
And I’m off to do Sunday stuff!
