  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana (or 1 medium frozen banana)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

  3. If you want a thinner smoothie, add more milk. If you want a thicker smoothie, add less milk.
