Superfood Protein Smoothie in a Bowl
-1 cup frozen strawberries and bananas (I use Market Pantry from Target)
-1 cup vanilla unsweetend almond milk (I use Silk, of course)
-1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (I use Designer Whey)
-1 scoop Chocolate Green Superfood (I use Amazing grass)
-Optional: Granola on top (I use KIND Healthy Grains)
In a blender or Magic Bullet, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
A couple things before I let you enjoy your Sunday….I CUT MY HAIR OFF! I think I got around 5-6 inches off. It was time for a change and much needed. My hair grows like it’s no one’s business, so It’ll be long again by Summertime.
