The Best Breakfast Potatoes

These are the best breakfast potatoes you will ever eat. Not only are they delicious, but they make any breakfast better! Perfectly cooked on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Make a big batch of breakfast potatoes and eat them all week long!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 425ºF and place 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a baking sheet. Set aside.
  2. Next, prep potatoes, by quartering your red potatoes into bit sized pieces. Place on pan and toss in olive oil.
  3. Season with Simply Organic All-Purpose Seasoning and sea salt and toss one more time, making sure everything is evenly coated and that potatoes are spread out on pan.
  4. Place in oven at 425ºF and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove and flip. Bake for another 5 minutes before turning oven to broil. Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown.
