Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen triple berry mix
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.

Notes

  • Option to add more almond milk by the ΒΌ cup depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies.
