STEP 1: MARINATE
Marinades infuse your chicken breast with flavor leaving them tender and juicy. Marinate chicken breast for at least 2 hours or over night.
Transfer chicken breast and marinade into a baking dish and bake at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes depending on the size of the breast.
STEP 2: BAKE
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of your chicken. At the thickest part, the temp. should read at least 165ºF to be safe to eat.
QUICK TIP!
Let chicken breast rest on a plate for 5-10 minutes before eating so that it can continue raising in temperature and become extra juicy!
