unsweetened oat milk
vanilla extract
honey
salt
unsalted butter
bananas

Combine
Add chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla, & honey to a bowl and mix. Add a pinch of salt and stir again. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Stir
When the chia seed pudding has thickened, stir, and if the pudding is too thick, add a few more tablespoons of oat milk to make the pudding creamy. Set aside.

Caramelize
Heat a skillet & add butter. When melted, add honey & whisk together. Add banana slices & let cook for 3-4 min. on each side or until caramelized.

Serve
Add pudding to a jar or glass, & then add a layer of bananas Add another layer of pudding, and then top with bananas. Top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.
