Massage flank steak with salt. Use a meat tenderizer to pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Slice into thin strips against the grain. Let rest for 15 min.

Saute
Saute broccoli in heated pan with oil until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside. Add sauce ingredients to a bowl & dissolve cornstarch.

Sear
Add flank steak to heated pan. Sear the meat for about 1-2 minutes to brown and then add the sauce to the pan. Toss the meat with the sauce.

Serve
Allow meat to cook in sauce. Add broccoli and warm through. Remove from heat. Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice!
