What is Baked Oatmeal?

Baked oatmeal is a cake-like oatmeal recipe made with rolled oats, eggs, and milk. It's baked like a cake, but is actually a healthy breakfast idea!

Rolled Oats Eggs Maple Syrup White Whole Wheat Flour Banana Almond Milk Cinnamon

Combine Ingredients

Combine all of the ingredients for the baked oatmeal in a large bowl. It should have a similar "oatmeal" consistency.

Bake

Transfer the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for around 30 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.

Slice & Top

Slice baked oatmeal into 4ths and then top with your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, honey, and slivered almonds. Peanut butter is delicious too!
